Good Smile is releasing an epic Figma figure based on the EMMI robot enemies from Metroid Dread. The figure is scheduled to release in November 2024, but you can preorder for $150 through Entertainment Earth, and can get free shipping on US orders with the coupon code FALLFREE79.
US preorders are also available directly from Good Smile. Though there’s no free shipping coupon if you preorder there, Good Smile lists the figure for roughly $110. The preorder period only lasts until August 24.
According to the statue’s specifications on Good Smile’s website, the EMMI Figma figure will stand approximately 8.5 inches tall and feature posable joints so you can recreate the EMMI’s menacing in-game poses. It will include a large Figma base stand and two optional faceplates–one showing the full face armor and another with the EMMI’s DNA-extracting spike extended.
Along with the EMMI Figma statue, Good Smile is also producing a new Samus Figma figure featuring her blue power suit from Metroid Dread, plus extra accessories like an Omega Cannon, morph ball, and spider magnet. Both figures would be perfect for recreating the Samus’ duels with the deadly E.M.M.I.s on your desk or shelf. The $83 Samus Figma figure will release in April 2024 and is also available for preorder at Good Smile’s US store, but only until August 24.
